Poulet Piccata to have easy citron

  • 3 large lemons, divided
  • 4 small chicken breasts boneless and Skinless (1 lbs / 450 g)

  • 22 crackers Ritz, finely crushed (1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth with 25% less sodium
  • 1 tbsp butter


    What to do
    CUT half of a lemon into 4 thin slices. Squeeze the juice of lemons; reserve. Coat chicken with sauce Miracle Whip, then crackers crumbs.
    HEAT oil in a large frying pan to fire mi-vif. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Return the chicken and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat or until it is golden and well-done (170 ° F).
