Weight Loss Recipes Papillotes Colin Tarragon Franch

* Papillotes colin Tarragon: The Ingredients
- 6 Colin Pavers
- 6 Shallots
- 3 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 bunch of tarragon
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons of Fromage Blanc Zero% fat
- 2 tablespoons Mustard
- Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to gas mark 6 (180C)
Peel the carrots, celery and shallots, and cut into small cubes.
