Shrimp Balls: Ingredients
- 600 grams of raw prawns in shell
- 60 grams of fat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 ginger tuber
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg white
- A little pepper

Tartare Fish: The Ingredients
- 400 grams of fish (cod or haddock fillet in)
- Whipping Cream 30 grams to 5 percent of Fats
- 50 grams of white cheese with 0 percent fat
- toast
- Of the dried dill
- Salt & Pepper
Fish tartar Preparation
Prepare the fish by removing the nets, and having them steam for about fifteen minutes.
Crumble the fish and mash. Add the dill, cottage cheese and sour cream.
Season and mix with salt and pepper.
